Our number one priority is your safety. We follow COVID-19 guidance and stay informed about the latest news provided by Greek authorities and WHO (World Health Organization) to help ensure for our guests comfortable and restful holidays. We are flexible to any changes in reservations caused by COVID-19. PRICES
All prices are on request basis only through Starvillas Apartments, Kefalonia, Greece in Euro (€) and can be changed without any prior notice. The exact rates and total payable amount of services will be stated with the Final Reconfirmation. You can find our rates here
TAXES
VAT 13% is included in prices.
According to the Greek Legislation N. 4389-2016 there is a government tax of 0,5euro per night to be paid extra in a cost of accommodation.
GUEST’S ARRIVAL
The guest can inform us about his approximate arrival time by sending an e-mail to starvillas@starvillas.gr or calling (sending a message) to this phone numbers +30 6940 832684 Katerina, +30 6945 438319 Nikos, +30 26740 61519 Starvillas office. We will meet the guest at the property or at our office in Agia Efimia to exchange the key for accommodation.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is 14.00 (2.00 PM) – 23.00 (11.00 PM), check-out time is till 11.00 (11.00 AM). For a different check-in/check-out time feel free to contact us at starvillas@starvillas.gr
ROOMS CLEANING
Due to new COVID-19 protocols rooms cleaning and beds linen are made in three days time.
The rooms are made up every other day. The bed linen and bath towels change are made up in four days time after guest’s arrival. The bed linen and towels can be replaced earlier by guest’s request for additional charge. See all our facilities here
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After the booking is completed we’ll send you a final confirmation and payment instructions (30% deposit for the option “payment by cash upon receipt”) to e-mail address within 48 hours. If the deposit is not paid within 7 calendar days after our confirmation the booking might be cancelled. For any queries you can contact with us by e-mail starvillas@starvillas.gr .
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
For the option “Payment upon receipt” there is a deposit 30% to be charged after the booking is confirmed. We will send a final confirmation and payment instructions to your email address within 24 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by credit cards (VISA, Master Card), PayPal , bank transfer, payment by cash (5 % discount will be provided for cash payment).
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations can be made as follows:
30 days or more before arrival the full amount of paid deposit will be refunded ( except of transaction fees ) within 14 days.
29-8 days before arrival date, the 50% of paid amount will be held as a cancellation fee. The rest will be refunded within 14 days
7-0 days before arrival date or in a case of no-show (arrival day before midnight), 100% of paid amount will be held as a cancellation fee.
All the rooms reservations made for the period from 1 of June 2021 to 31 of October 2021 can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. For the same bookings the deposit 30% will be held as cancellation fee if they are cancelled within 7 days before check-in date.
AMENDMENTS
can be made with no charge if there is availability. All complains must be reported immediately during the stay for a solution to be found. All complains received after clients departure will not be accepted. Starvillas in Greece will not accept any responsibility for inconvenience caused by delays, strikes of transport companies or other third parties and by any kind of major force.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
Our website www.starvillas.gr employs SSL encryption to protect your personal data and Credit Card details required for completing reservations.
PRIVACY POLICY
For visitors of the website www.starvillas.gr (Starvillas apartments in Agia Efimia Kefalonia Greece) and for guests booked Starvillas apartments through the website www.starvillas.gr but also to ensure the ability to communicate with you to inform you about our new products or services is likely to be asked to fill in your personal data (name, email address, birth date, etc.). Any personal data you filled in on the pages of the website www.starvillas.gr intended only to ensure the operation of the service and may not be used by any third party, without complying with the provisions of N . 2472/97 on the protection of personal data, as in force at a time.
To protect your privacy, Starvillas Apartments (“Site”) follows four principles in accordance with worldwide practices for customer privacy and data protection.
PRINCIPLE 1 – NOTICE
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. This information is requested to complete your shopping at our Site.
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- For Billing – to insure proper billing when ordering services from our Site.
- For mailing – to insure that the necessary documents for the services ordered are delivered to your desired location.
- For sharing with all vendors providing the products and services you have purchased through our Site.
- Additionally, the Site itself, the service providers for it, and all vendors providing products or services through the Site will use your personal information for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order and/or enforcing or investigating contracts and claims regarding your transactions.
PRINCIPLE 2 – ACCESS
You may review and change your personal information at any time by contacting Customer Service by sending an e-mail at starvillas@starvillas.gr . Through the Customer Service you can edit any of the personal information you have already given us.
PRINCIPLE 3 – SECURITY
Star Villas’ Site protects the security of your personal information and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
PRINCIPLE 4- ENFORCEMENT
If for some reason you believe Star Villas’ Site has not adhered to these principles, please contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail at starvillas@starvillas.gr , and we will determine the problem and correct it promptly.
